Product Enquiries
For all product enquiries please call us one of the numbers at the top of this page and our helpful switchboard team will be happy to connect you to the relevant department.
To order products by telephone
We can arrange for most of our products to be paid for over the phone and sent directly to your door. Simply call us on the relevant number at the top of this page and ask to speak to the department you require. Delivery costs vary, please do ask the department when you call.
During the first few days of our Summer and Winter Sale and during any promotional periods where we are exceptionally busy, mail order will not be available in some departments.
Customer feedback
At Selfridges we are keen to ensure that all of our customers are delighted with their Selfridges experience and we genuinely value all feedback and suggestions.
When things do go wrong we would welcome the opportunity to put them right. Initially we would encourage you to contact a manager within the department/brand/concession, giving them the opportunity to resolve the issue for you directly.
Our switchboard team will be happy to connect you, just dial call us on the number at the top of this page. If your concern remains unresolved, please telephone Customer Relations on 0800 138 83 83. We are available between 10am and 6pm each day except Thursdays when due to training, we are available between 10.30am and 6pm.
Alternatively to make a complaint, give us praise or make a suggestion, please use our feedback form and we will endeavour to respond to you within five days.
